Questions we hear a lot.

What does HypedUp Studios do?

We design and build AI automation, AI integrations and team AI training, custom software (including SaaS products and CRMs), mobile and desktop apps, and VR/XR experiences. We also build websites, run SEO and digital marketing, and provide managed hosting, so a client can work with one team for the whole stack.

How much does a project cost?

Project work typically starts at $10,000, monthly retainers start at $3,000, and consulting is $250 an hour. After a discovery call we send a fixed scope and quote, so there are no surprises.

How long does a project take?

As a guide: a marketing website takes 2–4 weeks, an AI automation 4–8 weeks, a custom web application 2–4 months, and a VR/XR experience 2–6 months. You get a realistic timeline with your scope.

Do you work with businesses outside Florida?

Yes. We're based in Florida and work with clients across the United States. Projects run remotely, with weekly check-ins and a live staging link you can open at any time.

Which AI models and platforms do you use?

Whatever fits the job: OpenAI, Anthropic's Claude and Google Gemini through their APIs, or open-weight models run privately on your own hardware when data can't leave the building. We pick based on accuracy, cost and privacy, not habit.

Do you support what you build after launch?

Yes. We offer hosting, maintenance plans and ongoing development retainers. Most clients keep us on after launch as their technical team.
