The problem

Campground operators juggle separate tools for bookings, payments, store sales and long-term residents, and none of them understand RVs.

What we built

RV-fit booking: every site stores its type, maximum length and width, hookups, amperage and pull-through access, and each booking is checked against the guest's rig.

Stripe payments shared across reservations and store orders, with saved payment methods and a camp store for every property.

Long-term tenancy with leases, recurring charges, utility meters and invoices, plus team-based multi-tenancy, a REST API and social sign-in.

Fair reviews by design

Guest and staff reviews stay hidden until both sides have submitted, or a publish window passes, so neither side can retaliate.

Native iOS app

Guests and staff also get a native SwiftUI app for iPhone, iPad and Mac on the same API, with Keychain sign-in and offline-safe caching. See ResortTribe for iOS.

Testing at season scale

A QA “season simulator” runs AI-driven campgrounds and guests through the app to exercise real workflows, guarded by a test that guarantees it can never touch production.
